How to Delete Your Account?

We're sorry to see you go. Follow these steps to delete your account from the Iyal mobile app.

Follow these simple steps in the Iyal mobile app to delete your account permanently

Launch the Iyal app on your Android device.

Make sure you're logged in with your registered account.

Tap on your Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

Navigate to the Settings section in your profile.

Find and select the 'Delete Account' option.

Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to delete your account permanently.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's what will happen:

The account will be deleted from Iyal.

Personal information and credits will be removed.

All your modules and files will be erased.

Study material like notes, Smart Guides, Exams and Flashcards will be lost.

Please be aware that account deletion is final. All your credits and subscriptions will be permanently lost.
